My uncle worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos in SED, performing the critical undertaking of fabricating the U235 projectile and target rings of the Little Boy bomb dropped upon Hiroshima. Along with others, he was witness to the event described on page 253 in the book, "109 East Palace" by Jennet Conant in which an anomalous metallic object hovered over the Los Alamos facility for two consecutive days, and was deemed a misidentification of a daylight observation of the planet Venus by an official.

This account of the event differs significantly from that described to me by my uncle in which what he observed was clearly a disc-shaped metallic object hovering stationary in the air. Contrary to what Conant's book states, a plane was dispatched from Kirtland in attempted reconnaissance but was unsuccessful when the object rose vertically straight up beyond it's operational ceiling.

Reports of the disturbing connection between the "UAP" and nuclear weapons are historical and populate works such as "UFOS & Nukes" by Robert Hastings where not only were their regular appearance at weapons tests noted, but also demonstrated their ability to horrify military personnel with their ability take entire nuclear missile bases offline at will during "close encounter" intrusions in the U.S. and former Soviet Union.

An unusual relationship between the UAP and the nuclear weapon appears. Exactly how to interpret that relationship is not clear. The idea of the UAP as an extraterrestrial intelligence performing an act of benign intervention to curtail the development and use of nuclear weapons hit the collective consciousness of American pop culture in 1951 with the classic film, "The Day The Earth Stood Still". The bizarre social phenomenon of the "Flying Saucer Contactee" arose later in the decade to perpetuate the message of nuclear disarmament delivered by an array of benevolent "Space Brothers" intent on saving the human race from nuclear catastrophe. See "Extraterrestrials And The American Zeitgeist" by Aaron John Gulyas to examine how these "contactees" and their alleged messages from Venusians and Saturnians influenced the public perception of the UAP.

Considering that there have been 528 atmospheric tests alone of nuclear weapons performed between 1945 and 1980 without triggering the intervention of The Interplanetary Council of Space Brothers, it appears that the UAP does not harbor any great concern over whether humans use nuclear weapons on each other or not. It may even be suggested that with the presence of the UAP over Los Alamos prior to the testing of The Gadget, it would be already known what the intended outcome of the work being performed would be.

What the actual UAP/Nuclear Weapon connection is, if it were to be known, may prove extremely unsettling to those overly confident of who or what they are.

The reasons for outside interest in this, our most pressing issue, can be guessed. Any intervention is thus far hidden from us. It would be benign, or else long ago we would have learned otherwise.

My suggestion, recommendation, is that we treat any help by higher powers as speculative and a form of wishful thinking.

Humans, since boomers were the first generation to grow up under the threat of nuclear holocaust, will not talk about that reality. We push it away. This denial will result in our destruction.

To turn this guaranteed destruction around we must unite. Governments will not do this. It must come from grassroots, viral change.

We now have the power to communicate instantaneously everywhere with everyone. Every country must elect representatives to send to something I call "the world congress of sovereign countries". This congress must create a world governing constitution and oversee the popular ratification of such, and the election of a bicameral federal congress along the lines of the USA model, including the separation of powers - and the ratification of the constitution and any and all amendments by three-quarters of the sovereign countries by popular vote from each.

Representation must of course be determined by population. This will engage the people of China and India before all others, because they would be analogous to California and New York in the US House of Representatives, i.e., the most numerous representation by population. The senate would have two members from each country. The chief executive would be elected the same way he has been in the USA. The judiciary would include a world supreme court. Etc.

If what I am proposing were to actually occur, by becoming a viral grassroots movement, the CCP and any other tyrannical government would be powerless to stop it. But it would of course take time and have many messy hitches in its gitalong. But the people would not take no for an answer, nor allow defeat. The work would continue in spite of all obstacles or dangers or threats.

Once the messy details are worked out and such a worldwide federal government is established, the question of nuclear "exchange" goes away. The world federal government controls all military activity, ergo, nukes are vastly reduced in total numbers, and such remaining are focused on the defense of earth, should such "observers" prove to be nefarious - an almost nonexistent possibility in my opinion.

If this kind of one-world government does not become a reality - created by "the people" - our near future total destruction is unavoidable.
