Now he is saying, (if I read between the lines correctly) the next pandemic might result from bio-terrorism involving airborne transmission of HIV.
Lucky for us he will be ready with vaccine passports, digital id tracking, lockdowns, and digital currency that can’t be spent more than 2 miles from your home. My only question is if he plans on using the chinese idea of exploding helmets for the noncompliant in need of his “necessary community education.”
