I've watched Trump for 45 yrs, he's a white hat and operates on 5D levels - it's often difficult to understand what he's doing until it's done. Whatever Trump has done or said, his willingness to even consider the Kennedy platform is refreshing compared to the resentful dismissal by the Democrats. There are many here in Australia who, like me love and admire RFK Jr. I have listened to him a lot and he is a rare and true statesman of our time. Solar & wind is a business that only exists & competes because of government subsidies, meaning taxes from you and me & politicians grifting around the laws that design those subsidies.
I would like to know how much environmental degradation is expected to happen from Trump’s deregulation, and if there might be more effective & efficient ways to accomplish the same ends. Or if technological innovation has made the regulations superfluous (you are never going to get a bureaucrat to volunteer that the regulations that she enforces are no longer needed.

I think that you are wrong about the assertion that no one denies that there is man made climate change.
I do. I am unconvinced. I know the corruption in & of the medical literature, and I also know that similar temptations & examples (Michael Mann ring a bell?) exist in global warming, I mean climate change literature & the MSM is covering for both.

Your inane insights remind me of the time I flew over the Deep Horizon oil spill way back around the spring & all through the summer of 2010 ... quite a huge descale as far as the eye could see for thousands of square miles, so tell me again what you have against the critters in the Gulf of Mexico ? We considered solar panels for our house, but we are too far north for them to be cost effective when we looked at it several years ago.
Is the oil from the Deep Horizon still there? Or has it dissipated. The poor creatures in the Gulf of Mexico, but it was not an ongoing cost of doing business like the damage of solar panels and wind turbans.

Petroleum is most likely produced daily deep in the earth by adiabatic processes. As it has been for the past several million years. Fossils have nothing to do with petroleum.
Thanks, I have learned a new word, adiabatic. I have looked it up and read a little but it is still a black box to me. The bottom line to me is that it has been going on for a while and will keep on going on, and I guess we have no way of knowing whether we are using petrochemicals up at a faster rate than they are being formed, but it doesn’t seem likely.
Your concerns are understandable. However, RFK Jr is a very smart man. His environmental work as well as his work exposing vaccines and Big Pharma is outstanding. It is my understanding that he has known Trump for many years and probably understands Trump reasonably well. I want to believe that RFK Jr will not be easily fooled or pushed aside. And I think Trump recognizes the value that RFK Jr brings. Although I was skeptical for different reasons, I think this unusual combination will help America.
Lindsay, Thanks for your thoughtful and heartfelt comment. Robert's endorsement of Trump is in accord with his desire to "heal the divide." Whatever Trump has done or said, his willingness to even consider the Kennedy platform is refreshing compared to the resentful dismissal by the Democrats. I believe that directly stems from the degradation described in this article. Although Trump has "changed course" in the past (he also was once a Democrat!) and may be part of the "UniParty," we can expect that Robert will do everything he can to hold him to the highest ethical values. That Trump supporters are listening and moved by RFK Jr. is certainly foundation for hope.
